2007 LEXUS RX400H User Comment / Complaint

Are Dealerships responsible for doing an Alignment on New Cars? Or do they come from the Factory Aligned correctly? The reason I ask is I just replaced all 4 tires in less than a year of purchasing a 2007 Lexus RX400h. They were all severely worn on the inside. Can't believe my driving did that in less than a year.
